On a beautiful winter’s day, somewhere in August in the Southern Hemisphere, dolphins came out to play. Whales on their migratory path on their northward journey had a job to do and were serious about doing it. But the dolphins played – catching waves and riding them in as close to the shore as they could; you could almost hear them laughing. You could certainly see the mischievous sparkle in their eye as they surfed beneath the waves. Meanwhile, the whales kept working – only occasionally making their presence felt as another exhalation of air from their blow-hole created a sea spray, visible to the whale-spotters on Hastings Point Lookout.
Another perfect day in paradise and life is good!
